When I look at a blogger’s Instagram feed, I feel that I can get a pretty good sense of who that person is and what they care about. Some people take a lot of photos of their dog, like the Daily Tay, while others put images for their latest blog posts. And then there are the ones who take a lot of selfies.
So what does my Instagram say about me?
Looking from the outside in, I would say that I take too many selfies and not enough of my right-hand man, Motley Crue. You might see that I love plants and cooking. You might be able to tell that I like hats too. But even more so, you would see that my hair has changed A LOT over the last few years, from colors and lengths!
In the last few months, I’ve worked on changing my Instagram into something less sporadic and something more intentional. Less crappy shots. More thoughtful photos. I know that in 2015, I want my life to be lived with intention. I want to embrace and think deeply on all the simple moments, especially in the midst of planning a wedding.
So what about you? Is your Instagram accurate? Does it portray who you really are?
