As you all know, I’m getting married at the end of May. I’m pretty excited about changing my last name and spending the rest of my life with my best friend. But with marriage comes weddings – and wedding planning. Everyone has ideas about how your wedding should be, and they will feel the need to share them with you. This makes planning a thousand times harder and very stressful.
That is why I chose to go with an all-inclusive wedding venue. All-inclusive wedding venues were created to relieve the stress that comes with planning a wedding. They are designed to take care of the tiny details so you don’t have to! Some include everything, from DJ’s to the cake, while others allow you to pick and choose packages and bring in some outside vendors. Nonetheless, being engaged is supposed to be fun, and wedding planning can be nightmarish! From my own experience so far, here are ten reasons why I think you should choose an all-inclusive venue for your wedding.

There’s just no way around it. Because everything is under one roof, they can take care of all the details for a lower price than you bringing in a hoard of different vendors.

Day in, day out, they plan weddings. It’s one of they reasons they can guarantee less stress. They were created to plan amazing weddings. They have the time, people, and skills. They’ll take care of it.
3. They typically offer a wedding planner.
This is so huge in the grand scheme of things. I mean, come on! Do you know how expensive an independent wedding planner is? They cost thousands of dollars! Your wedding planner will be dedicated to making your dreams come true on your wedding day. If a problem comes up, your planner takes care of it, which leads me to the next point.
4. If there’s a problem, they are on it.
If you planned on having an outdoor wedding on their premises, but it’s raining cats and dogs, they will move everything indoors and make sure the whole day STILL runs smoothly. Too many guests and not enough food? No problem! Their kitchen and chef are on site, ready to conquer. No worries for you, so you can enjoy your big day like nothing ever happened!
5. All-inclusive venues save time.
On your wedding day, timing is everything. You want to have time to get dressed, do hair, makeup, and photos, in addition to all the other little things that come up that day. If you choose an all-inclusive venue, you’ll have more time to deal with all the little details. Plus, your guests can go to the ceremony and easily move to the reception because it will be on-site. You won’t have to worry about out-of-town guests getting lost on their way to a different location.
Food will be ready to go. Drinks will be flowing. Everything will be smooth. If your venue is connected to a hotel or offers lodging for the bride and groom, it’s even easier, because you can just head over to your suite after the party! And that’s just the wedding! Think of all the time you’ll save before the wedding with planning. You won’t have to meet with 40 different vendors and contemplate who will work best. Your planner will help you take care of all of it!
6. They have different packages to suit your style.
Maybe you want something simple, or maybe you want a wedding with all the frills! Open bar? No appetizers? All-inclusive venues have packages for you to pick and choose from. It’s easy to find what works best for your budget and style. Sometimes, you can even build your own package! The point is… it’s hassle-free and much cheaper!
7. Payment plans are available.
After the initial deposit, most all-inclusive wedding venues will give you a payment plan option because they know weddings are freaking outrageous! A payment plan gives you flexibility, rather than paying a giant lump sum.
8. They have excellent rapport with other vendors.
When your main biz is weddings, you become familiar with other vendors in the area. For example, the venue I chose for my wedding has relationships with awesome cake and flower shops, as well as DJ’s. They promote one another, and offer amazing discounts if you go with their services, so you save EVEN more. Not to mention, they work together so often that they keep in constant contact with the wedding planners and have all the finite details worked out before your wedding day!
9. They’re flexible.
If you have ever planned a wedding, you know that most venues are picky and strict. They give you hard-set times to be in and out, as well as stipulations on how things can be done. Because all-inclusive venues dedicate the day to your wedding alone, they’re much more flexible if something happens. That’s a big stress-reliever for the bride who’s trying to enjoy her day, but also monitoring everything to ensure it’s going as planned!
10. Everything is easier.
I can honestly say that everything is easier when it’s all under one roof. Planning a wedding is a ridiculously stressful, so having additional help is such a game-changer. It makes the experience far more enjoyable for you and everyone else.
